“Great experience with the beauty of the Vandemberg”

Went over to Key West for my Christmas vacation with my parents, being an experienced diver I was looking for a good solid centre to dive with (selected from the positive Trip Adviser feedback). I found the whole experience very good, all staff including staff on the boat were very helpful. I did 10 boat dives in total and thoroughly recommend diving with them. The Vandemberg was a pure delight, did pop into 'Dive Key West' while there and found the customer service lacking.

My wife and I visited Key West late Dec 2011. We wanted to do a resort dive and were debating between different companies. We ended up choosing Lost Reef because the price was sort of in the middle between the cheapest Captain's Corner and other more expensive companies. We had a really great time overall. Our guide, Eric, took care of just me and my wife. We went through the pool session smoothly, but my wife got a bit scared on our first dive in the sea. Eric was very patient, encouraged my wife to follow his instructions and we had a very fun time diving. There were other guides in our boat and they are seemed very kind and friendly.

This is our 3rd year diving with Lost Reef. Although some of the crew has changed the service has stayed the same. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They are attentive to divers that may need assistance and give experienced divers their space. We will continue to book our Key West diving vacation with Lost Reef!!

Our group of four divers went out to both wreck and reef dives with Lost Reef Adventures last week, and we were well taken care of by both staff and crew. On the first day diving, seas were extremely rough, and we divers were polled repeatedly whether we really wanted to go out to the dive sites. The Lost Reef crew did a fantastic job of getting us to and from the dive site, and on and off the boat (not easy in 5' swells!), safely. 

To do the Vandenberg wreck dive, given my party's diverse mix of dive experience, the Lost Reef staff was very clear about dive requirements. Two of us took a dive refresher course with Patrick and we both found it very helpful and tailored to our needs. I highly recommend anyone who hasn't been scuba-ing in a while to take Lost Reef's refresher course in the morning and then spring for a guide for your first couple of dives. You will feel more comfortable getting back in the water, and the crew will be more familiar with your abilities and needs, and make certain your experience is the best it can be. 

The Vandenberg dive was amazing and we can't wait to go back. I talked with five different dive shops before choosing Lost Reef Adventures, and I am very pleased with my choice. Highly recommend Lost Reef for any divers, they are superb at tailoring their dives and are either hands on for newbies or just great crew for experienced divers.
